We deliver the following programs in your organisation and can also provide one on one recognition of current competency where appropriate.

Certificate iv in assessment and workplace training

This program is now recognised as a standard for Trainers. Based on the Training Package for Assessment and Workplace Training it covers the planning, preparation, delivery, assessment and evaluation of training.

Plan, conduct and review assessment

This is the standard minimum requirement for workplace assessors. This program covers three of the eight units in the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

train small groups

A very effective two or three day program which helps people to prepare and deliver training. We can tailor this program to match the kind of training your people will be delivering.

RPL/RCC

We provide Recognition of Prior Learning and Recognition of Current Competency services for experienced trainers and training managers who wish to update their qualifications.
