This is a
great resource for every manager and we recommend it highly. It is a
collection of 12 mini books (also available separately) covering topics such
as Managing Time, Making Decisions, Delegating Successfully, Managing Teams
and Managing Meetings. The advice is very practical and is useful for
managers at all levels especially new managers. Robert Heller is a
well-respected Management writer and his advice is based on solid research of
leading companies. The illustrations are as wonderful as you’d expect from
Dorling Kindersley (read their Guide Book to London, for example, and it’s
the next best thing to being there!
