This is a great resource for every manager and we recommend it highly. It is a collection of 12 mini books (also available separately) covering topics such as Managing Time, Making Decisions, Delegating Successfully, Managing Teams and Managing Meetings. The advice is very practical and is useful for managers at all levels especially new managers. Robert Heller is a well-respected Management writer and his advice is based on solid research of leading companies. The illustrations are as wonderful as you’d expect from Dorling Kindersley (read their Guide Book to London, for example, and it’s the next best thing to being there!

While most poor mere mortals are coping with creating one stream of income Robert Allen’s book urges readers to make sure that they have more than one source of income.
